The Fool  appears in a reading when the querent (seeker) is ready for change. This card is associated with the start of a new journey or venture. There is an air of innocence about this card, but is important that your feet are firmly on the ground before you take the next step.

The presence of The Fool energy around you implies that the changes ahead have an element of risk attached to them, or that you are hesitant about making a decision. However, it is likely that now is the right time to make major changes.  You are ready to throw caution to the wind and take a leap of faith!  If you are feeling restricted or you have been stuck in a rut, now is the right time to leave your comfort zone behind and look for new opportunities.

The Fool has great ambitions and is looking forward to the next step of his journey. However, it may be that you are blinded by the positive aspects of what lies ahead, so it is important that, before you make a major decision, you take the time to weigh up all of your options.

The Fool’s journey is often full of potential, but how you handle your options will decide whether this has a positive or negative outcome. The Fool encourages us to confront our fears, which is something you may feel reluctant to do, but you need to overcome this and act for the benefit of your emotional and physical wellbeing.

You are likely to be feeling impulsive and looking forward to a new challenge. This can be an inspiring and adventurous time, but make sure you are prepared for what lies ahead.

One thing is certain: you are ready for change when The Fool appears. Just be prepared to take some time to weigh up the pros and cons before you leap into the unknown.  Remember that this can be a phase that is full of new adventures and wonderful opportunities.
